JANUARY SALES STATISTICS

 

In January 2007, 18 residential properties sold in the Lower Florida Keys (mm 6 to 40) totaling over $11.01m, with an average of 10.01% off of the list price and an average sales price of $612,889.  During the same period, 23 transactions in Key West represented $18.49m in sales, with an average of 9.23% off of the list price and an average sales price of $803,924.
